Event Information

celebrate for a cause and

be part of something special

On the 21st of October, the Manly Harbour Boat Club will be transformed into mid-century Palm Springs. The new venue is a perfect backdrop to the theme, but our styling team will truly make you believe you are a guest at a Ratpack party with old blue eyes himself…

With so many new additions, including The Sorrentino Property Mirage Lounge, The Whisky Bar, Touch up Bars, an incredible live band, and roaming entertainment plus a reduced ticket price for our Waterfront Experience guests, what’s not to love?

Tickets are limited to 500 this year, and we will sell out. Platinum Experience tickets sold out in 3 days last year, so make sure you are watching your inbox!

Celebrate for a Cause – Manly (CFC) is so excited to be working with Rosies – Friends on the Street as their major charity partner in 2023. Rosies was established in 1987 and has been serving the Wynnum Manly community since 2016. Rosies offers community, connection and friendship through their street outreach vans to the Bayside and also participates in court support, youth detention and outreach to people across Qld.

The contribution from Celebrate for a Cause will mean Rosies can purchase a new van in the next 12months which will help vulnerable members of our community feel loved, connected and cared for.

You can support buy attending the CFC event on 21st of October but also get involved by volunteering, holding a blanket or noodle drive, or becoming a regular giver. Find our more at Rosies.

For those who have not heard of the Bayside Community Fund, it was established in May 2022 and is a sub-fund of the Queensland Community Foundation, supported by the Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) and The Public Trustee. They collectively manage over $110,000,000 the investment proceeds of which are returned to the community across Queensland.

The Bayside Community Fund will benefit non-profit groups in the electorate of Lytton. Funds deposited into the fund will be invested by the QIC and remain there in perpetuity, the dividends being distributed yearly to those in the electorate who are in need in the form of grants. Most importantly, these funds belong to the community.
